{"id":18463,"date":"2026-03-12T23:28:41","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T23:28:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/globalalliance.me\/?p=18463"},"modified":"2026-05-22T18:54:48","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T18:54:48","slug":"proteger-le-territoire-autochtone-de-bittuang-contre-le-developpement-geothermique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globalalliance.me\/fr\/proteger-le-territoire-autochtone-de-bittuang-contre-le-developpement-geothermique\/","title":{"rendered":"Prot\u00e9ger le territoire autochtone de Bittuang contre le d\u00e9veloppement g\u00e9othermique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les communaut\u00e9s de peuples autochtones de <strong>Balla, Bittuang, Pali et Se\u2019seng<\/strong> dans le sous-district de Bittuang, Tana Toraja, Sulawesi du Sud (Indon\u00e9sie), font face \u00e0 une menace s\u00e9rieuse pesant sur leurs terres ancestrales.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un projet de <strong>d\u00e9veloppement g\u00e9othermique de 12\u00a0979 hectares<\/strong> chevauche leur territoire coutumier, incluant des for\u00eats, des fermes, des sources d\u2019eau, des sites sacr\u00e9s et des \u00e9tablissements communautaires. Ces terres sont essentielles \u00e0 leurs moyens de subsistance, \u00e0 leur identit\u00e9 culturelle et \u00e0 leurs traditions spirituelles. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 cela, le projet a progress\u00e9 <strong>sans le consentement libre, inform\u00e9 et pr\u00e9alable (CLIP)<\/strong> des peuples autochtones qui gouvernent et prot\u00e8gent ces territoires depuis des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi les communaut\u00e9s sont inqui\u00e8tes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lexploration et les infrastructures g\u00e9othermiques pourraient avoir des impacts graves, notamment:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La perte de terres agricoles et de sources d\u2019eau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des dommages aux sites sacr\u00e9s et culturels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des risques environnementaux tels que la pollution, les glissements de terrain et la d\u00e9gradation des for\u00eats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des conflits sociaux au sein des communaut\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une pr\u00e9occupation majeure est la <strong>conversion d\u2019une for\u00eat prot\u00e9g\u00e9e (Hutan Lindung) en un grand parc forestier (Tahura)<\/strong>, ce qui a ouvert le territoire aux investissements et aux activit\u00e9s d\u2019exploration sans consultation pr\u00e9alable des communaut\u00e9s de peuples autochtones.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les communaut\u00e9s passent \u00e0 laction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En collaboration avec l\u2019<strong>Aliansi Masyarakat Adat Nusantara (AMAN Toraya)<\/strong>, elles ont organis\u00e9 un <strong>Kombongan Kalua\u2019 (assembl\u00e9e coutumi\u00e8re)<\/strong> pour rejeter formellement le projet g\u00e9othermique.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elles ont \u00e9galement form\u00e9 l\u2019<strong>Alliance de Toraja pour le rejet de la g\u00e9othermie<\/strong>, rassemblant des membres de la communaut\u00e9, des \u00e9glises, des groupes de jeunes et des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile pour d\u00e9fendre leur territoire ancestral par un plaidoyer pacifique et une sensibilisation du public.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que les communaut\u00e9s exigent<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les peuples autochtones de Bittuang appellent le gouvernement et les institutions concern\u00e9es \u00e0:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9voquer les plans de prospection et dexploration g\u00e9othermique \u00e0 Bittuang.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9examiner tous les permis affectant les territoires autochtones<\/strong>, en garantissant la pleine participation des communaut\u00e9s locales et le respect des droits fonciers coutumiers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reconna\u00eetre et respecter le statut juridique et coutumier des terres autochtones<\/strong>, ainsi que le droit des communaut\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9cider de l\u2019avenir de leur territoire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soyez solidaires<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les communaut\u00e9s de peuples autochtones de Bittuang d\u00e9fendent leur terre, leur culture et leurs \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.
